We would like to inform you, that the orders with payment methods by bank deposit or in store pickup – Logistic, will have a time limit of 5 working days for the deposit to be made or the customer to pick up the order from the store, otherwise the order will be deleted.
Exceptions to this rule apply if the products you have chosen for your order are not readily available. In that case the 5 working-days time limit gets in effect after you’ve been notified that your order is ready, then you can complete the transaction or choose the in store pickup option.
If you choose the cash on delivery (COD) option, you have 5 days to pick up your order from your local courier facility or receive your order form the courier service representative at your home or the address of your choosing. If you don’t the order will be canceled and the parcel will return to our company.
Cash
The customer can choose the cash payment method, if they chose the in store pick up delivery option, and the transaction will be completed inside the store. More information below.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
The customer can choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, and will pay the amount (including the delivery fee or any other fees required) to the courier service representative delivering their parcel at their chosen address. The Cash on Delivery method requires cash only, and can not be used for transactions larger than 500€. In cases where the transaction is larger than 900 euros (including the delivery fee or any other fee required) the company has the right to request a down payment for the order to be secured, that can be done via cash in store, or via the customer’s debit card. If the customer refuses the down payment the company has the right to refuse the order. This is especially true if the product or some of the products have to be purchased by a supplier. All the orders with Cash on Delivery payments the confirmation and acceptance of the order will be done via email, but in special orders the order confirmation can be done via phone conversation directly with the customer for extra assurance. Lastly in cases where the customer wishes for invoicing the Cash on Delivery transaction cant be greater than 500 euros (without VAT).
The Cash on Delivery (COD) cost is 3,50 euros.
The delivery cost is 2 euros.
The delivery cost is free on orders over 50 euros.

The customer can choose the Bank deposit payment option. The customer can deposit the value of their order on one of the following bank accounts.

The customer has the right to complete the transaction using any bank they want via DIAS ( via e-banking, phone banking or in store purchase).
If the customer chooses to deposit via a non cooperating bank with our company, they have to be able to pay any extra costs required by the bank of their choosing.
In this case the transaction may have some delays and the company bears no responsibility for those delays.
The delivery procedure will start only when the transaction by bank deposit is complete and can be verified by the company.
